The pressure of the changing diamond

God is really pressing  on my heart this morning that our faith starts out like coal. it's almost like when we're in sin we are dark we are compressed where a black. but then with the right pressure and the right amount of pressure we turn into diamond, things that people will spend a fortune on something that's almost priceless. But to make a diamond from coal you need pressure although we need to make sure that the pressure that we're receiving is from God and not extra pressure we put on ourselves. Because we have a tendency to do that when we don't obey we add pressure that we don't need. so when we hear from God we need to obey right away with a happy heart even if it's something uncomfortable. Pressure of the right kind is going to turn our faith into something that glimmers like a diamond something priceless. God is so good in realizing how much pressure we need, you will never exceed what pressure you need to become a diamond but that's where we need to make sure that we're doing what we're supposed to be doing which means not adding extra pressure to our lives. A good way to make sure that your pressure is from God is to always make sure that you are equipped with his word and that you're in prayer.

Also that you seek guidance from those around you that have been in the pressure because they will be able to distinguish whether or not this is God pressure or if this is unnecessary pressure you're adding to your calling. Now remember even though I'm saying pressure it doesn't mean that God's gonna give you a things that you can't handle.

This means that he's going to put things in your life that will strengthen you. And that will change you. So those things will make you grow and change into something that you were meant to be from birth. Trust the pressure, trust the trust the creator, and trust the outcome.

In the Bible there so many times for you to see such courageous people in the Bible go through the old testament and see the  pressure that they needed to walk into. Its full of those examples, that lead them to their calling they had on their life. God gave them..pressure it may have been uncomfortable but was necessary for them to realize that the things of this world are the things that we need to kind of shed off of ourselves so that are diamond can be revealed. Take time today or this week and just research and read the word where it talks about how many times people have done that. The Israelites going into the promise land for example there was a lot of pressure there to do what God was telling them to do uncomfortable pressure how does walking around the wall get me where I want to go this is just uncomfortable this is awkward this doesn't make sense is some of the things that they were probably thinking but when they obeyed and they walked into the pressure they walked into the calling also at the same time. Mary is another great example. How much pressure do you think she felt being a virgin and being pregnant? Think of the things that were going on in her life. But when she embraced the pressure she embraced her calling and she birthed something that has forever changed all of our lives.

Sometime the pressure is also the calling! so many times we think the end result as the diamond we're striving to get into  but the amazing thing is that the pressure is what changes us. that process of the pressure is what I find so beautiful. God has made us to withstand the pressure so we can walk in the calling you don't ever see anyone in the Bible breaking because of the pressure. You see them strive ,you see them succeed, you see them grow! And most importantly you that pressure leads to a blessings .so next time you feel overwhelmed just remember you're in your diamond process. Pressure is good, pressure is what is shaping you for the call.
